Airport transfer: what to provide and check
Send the flight number, local arrival time, full destination, adult and child counts, suitcases and oversized luggage. Provide age and requirements for a child seat, but do not assume it is booked until confirmed.
Request the total price, pickup contact, meeting point and waiting rules. Agree what happens if the flight is delayed or contact fails. Keep confirmation and agree any route-change supplement before travelling.
